For et sted! Vi ble så overrasket over hvor koselig atmosfære stedet ga oss. Vi ankom på en svært varm dag. Etter innsjekk oppholdt vi oss en stund inne, før vi dro på sightseeing. Vi ble vartet opp med både mat og drikke og huset hadde to store stuer. Følte oss som hjemme og for en unik service! Aldri opplevd lignende. Gangavstand til det skjeve tårn og til togstasjonen. Frokosten dagen etter var også utmerket 👌🏻 takk for oss. Dette er et sted jeg vil anbefale til alle som skal til Pisa.

We enjoyed our stay at Delfo so much. It's within walking distance to Leaning Tower and to public transport if you wanna go somewhere else. Also if you wanna explore the city by foot its easy from Delfo. Near there is a bug market, and you can use the kitchen (which has everything that you need for a short stay - glasses, pans, pots, microwave...). And there is also wine for welcome which I appreciate a lot. We had a balcony as well for us that was very important.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.
