Petra fort hotel, a property with a garden, is set in Wadi Musa, 9 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, 10 km from Petra, as well as 15 km from Petra Church.

The two brothers who run this ola r take you in like family. We arrived late and we’re given a beautiful late dinner to eat, and then hit some excellent advice about how to access Petra through the Backdoor, which I highly recommend (and you have a moderate level of fitness). There are some nice spots to sit it - there’s a rooftop tent and a nice little table in the hallway from which to watch the sunset. I was happy to be away from the hubbub of Wadi Rum, and the drive in isn’t that far to go in if you want a city vibe and to access Petra site.

Old Street Apartment is located in Wadi Musa, 200 metres from Petra, 4.3 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, as well as 5.6 km from Petra Church.

My family (2 adults, 4 y/o and 1y/o) enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was basic but very comfortable, we all slept so well. The shower was great, plenty of hot water but also cold for those in my family who enjoy that. The restaurant downstairs was the best of any that we tried in the area, to the point that we regretted trying others. The location was perfect for visiting Petra, almost as close as you could get.

Lovely homelike place. Freshly renovated with great decor. Kind and helpful owner. Highly recommend. It’s a 20 min walk downhill to Petra so well located. We walked back up the hill but can also get a taxi for ~3JD to get you back if you want.

the room was clean with newer furnishings. the view was outstanding. it was a really cute entrance and the sitting room had nice comfortable and clean couches. the breakfast was good and the host was helpful and available whenever we needed. the bathroom had everything we needed and was clean.

    Bona opció per visitar Petra, té una piscina amb unes vistes molt maques.     Està ubicat al costat de l'entrada a Petra, es pot anar caminant. Ja només per això val la pena, ja que per anar al centre del poble és tot pujada. Les instal·lacions estan molt bé i la piscina a la terrassa també.
