Everything, Bruce who runs it was so helpful and informative. we stayed in a room with shared bathroom and all facilities were good and the breakfast in the garden in the morning was excellent.

Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. Excellent accommodation, and was kept very clean. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They really know how to look after their guests with the extra touches such as cleaning our boots and car - this was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also good. I will definitely return to stay here next time I'm in the area!

Everything. The garden was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The large portions of food were excellent and fresh. The area and space was quiet and relaxing. The different birds were lovely to watch. It is about a 10 minute moto ride from town centre, but we enjoyed the location. Showers were also great.
