The location is a dream: peace, quiet, amazing view every morning and ample possibility for stargazing at night due to low light pollution. The wooden "tent" was comfortable, had a little fridge, power outlet, lights. It did get hot in direct sunlight but it's to be expected, however opening the door and window cooled it down fast. Even during the day it was quiet although every room was booked, fellow guests were very considerate. The kitchen had all that I needed and the owner shares his home grown fruits and vegetables from his garden which are delicious, especially the tomatos! The owner was super friendly and welcoming. I arrived by motorcycle and when he had a day off we went together for a ride towards lake bohinj and did a little hike up to savica waterfall. I really appreciated the personal touch especially as a solo traveller. His cat is very friendly and cuddly!

L’appartamento “Rosi” si trova in una posizione strategica, poiché in pochi km si arriva nei principali centri d’interesse della Valle (Kanal, Tolmin, Kobarid, Most na Soči, etc). La struttura è a gestione familiare e l’accoglienza è genuina. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Tine che, con gentilezza, non ha esitato a fornirci consigli e guide per le tappe “assolutamente da fare”. L’appartamento è spazioso, comodo e possiede tutto il comfort necessario (cucina ben fornita, lavastoviglie, elettrodomestici vari, aspirapolvere, stendino, detersivi, asciugamani). Dulcis in fundo, la struttura ha galline, una cagnolina dolcissima e due asini. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere muovere i primi passi di Marie, la piccola asinella nata proprio durante il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio questo luogo per la cordialità, la posizione, la pulizia, l’ambiente e la bellissima energia che una bella gestione familiare può dare. Dieci e lode, complimenti!!

Breakfast was not included in the daily rate for this location, though our host did provide us with coffee, wine and cheese in a welcome basket upon our arrival. We really appreciated the hospitality we received during our stay. The location of the property was just the right combination of being away from the big city yet close enough to allow us to explore the city when we wanted to. Our hosts were very kind and responsive to our inquiries and were available for check in and check out at times convenient to us.

Excellent apartment with a great style - we loved the beautiful wooden floor, the design of the furniture, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are a very lovely couple - very nice and always helpful! You can enjoy the beautiful nature around Tolmin by taking walks or by sitting on the balcony with its nice view on the mountains.

It's a very lovely and a cosy place, with a wonderfull living room area and a fireplace, perfect for a group of friends. We absolutely loved our stay, especially the sauna, indoor and outdoor hangout area with a barbecue. The host was very friendly and we would definetly highly recomend this place!
