The couple that hosted me were wonderful. We had a lovely, long chat, and a pleasant homemade dinner. It felt like staying woth a friend or a relative. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Communication was prompt and checkin instructions were clear, including directions for parking (bonus for those who are driving). Although within an old building, the rooms and toilet are modern and comfortable enough. The owner put alot of thought into the decorations and it is tasteful and photo worthy. We stayed as a couple and had the whole house to ourselves, but would be ideal for larger groups too. There are some board games provided for entertainment. For international travellers, do note that you are unable to pay the deposit so please communicate with the owner to prevent any misunderstandings. Appreciate the owner for honouring our reservation and allowing us to pay on the day of our stay.

A quite corner away from the city centre. Although small there the necessities are just a 2mins walk away from 711 and 3mins from family mart. Chances are you will need to have a mode of transport. But the scenery is optimal for a quick break from your baisc city lifestyle. You're faced with a open field of lotus and surrounded by rice padi fields, Simple furnished room with the basics and cute refurbished table and chairs from a school for your usage. Very cute. Do not ask for too much, if you're looking for a simple short break from life, this is the place you should go. The check in was smooth and the uncle handling is very friendly. Drinkable water is avaliable just in the stairway so it's very convient.

The hotel is in a prime location, 2 minutes away from Miaoli Station. It's also just a few minutes walk away from 3 convenience stores and the Yingcai night market. The hotel owners and staff are absolutely lovely and super friendly. You can feel that they genuinely care for and are proud of their hotel. The hotel room is spacious and well-furnished. There is even an extra thick blanket provided in case you are cold during winter (which I found very thoughtful). Everything you may need is provided and I had 3 very cosy nights in the hotel. Highly recommend for any solo travellers! I felt very safe as a female solo traveller throughout my stay.

This large house is a great base for exploring the mountains of Miaoli. It's private, secure, and has all of the comforts. I'll be back with a group of cycling friends before long.

The location was excellent for what we needed to do. The room was very clean. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant time there.
