Our stay at Skyways mansions was perfect! We planned on staying there for just 1 night, but as soon as we arrived me and my friends decided to stay for a second night. The communication before arriving was great. The accomodation itself was incredible: a nice and spacious clean villa with stylish furniture, multiple cosy common sitting areas. The rooms where nice, with a big bathroom and hot shower. The upstairs room has a lovely large balcony which is perfect for chilling and having drink in the afternoon The location is also ideal: a quiet area but just outside the center of Fort Portal (walking distance or even quicker on the Bodaboda). Right across the street is a nice bar (Pavilion Bar) and a few houses down the street there's a good Indian Restaurant (Dehli Gardens). The service was impeccable, we were kindly welcomed by Sam at our arrival. His sister Ritah was also very kind and welcoming. We gave our laundry to the staff for a few dollars, and before we knew it, it was already done and hanging out to dry outside. The second morning, we wanted to leave early to catch a bus to Kampala. We wanted breakfast earl. But even though they normally don't serve breakfast that early, Ritah made sure we had breakfast at our desired time. I accidentily left some of my luggage at Skyways Mansions when we left for Kampala, but Sam helped me to make sure the left bag got on another bus from Fort Portal to Kampala a few days later. He even payed for the bus transport in advance. Great service and communication!! To conclude: A wonderful home close to the center with a relaxed vibe and very kind hosts. Very good value for its money. Will definetly reccomend this place to all my friends traveling to Uganda/Fort Portal.

The location ! Cottages sit on a hill, with direct views over the farm fields and the stunning sunset. The cottages are very comfortable and well equipped. Staff is incredibly friendly and will do their best to make you comfortable, while leaving you to your privacy. All farm fields are within reach and you can walk around (goats, cows, birds, and monkeys!).

Amazing view on the lake,priceless. The cook Ben is amazing, fantastic breakfast and dinner, we really enjoy his abilities in the kitchen. Big thanks also to Daana and Peace.

The place is very quiet and comfortable, and finding a quiet place where you can have a good sleep is really not something easy in Uganda. Also, the food is really great.

The hospitality we received from the workers. we were warmly welcomed and felt safe. The place is so calm and clean. we also had a breakfast ready in the morning for myself and family . We had a great view of the lakes and the mountains. And were very well taken care of by Hakim. We shall definitely visit again in a few months

we did not like that much the center of Fort Portal, this is why we appreciated this place: it is fortunately a bit out of town in a pretty area (a lot of spaces): a very good reason to stay here is that the super beautiful "Mountains of the Moon" hotel is on the corner, and its restaurant have super affordable prices for amazing food in a great scenario (with two huge Ficus tree you'll never forget)
