Everything was beautiful and very, very clean. The owners are very kind. There is a shared balcony and an equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, plates, cups, glasses)... The cupboards are full of snacks and the fridge is full of juices, beer, water, yogurt, ice cream, and all of it costs only 1 CHF. In the fridge you have your own container for things, and if that's not enough, you can ask for more. You also have a closet in the dining room with a key where you can keep your things. The bathroom is fully equiped (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear cleaning sticks, wet wipes, dental floss, hair dryer)... What particularly surprised us is that when you check in, you get a card with your basic information on it, and with that card you have a discount on a very large number of the attractions you'd like to see. The location is simply breathtaking, there's lots of extraordinary locations to visit, and many of them were in a close vicinty of our accommdation. If you want to experience Switzerland, come to Brienz!

When I lost my way while using public transportation, they promptly came to my rescue and personally guided me to the hotel. Whether it's from the Panorama Boutique Hotel itself or from the Solbad hotel restaurant where I had my breakfast and dinner, the vistas were simply stunning. I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The hotel also grants guests access to the Solbad spa, which boasts excellent facilities and equally remarkable views. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. The cleanliness of both the apartment and the spa was impeccable, and the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Speaking of food, the quality of the meals at the Solbad hotel was exceptional. As it shares the same owner as the Panorama Boutique Apartment, it's no surprise that the culinary experience was top-notch. Check-in and check-out procedures were quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start my stay without delay and leave with fond memories. Privacy was also highly valued, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the splendid views. The location of the Panorama Boutique Apartment couldn't be more ideal for exploring the numerous tourist attractions around Lake Thun.

This is just the most wonderful place to stay in the swiss mountains, the room is basically a small apartment you have everything you could possibly need. Anne has thought of everything from cutlery to wine to cups, glasses... Everything. We could see the love she puts into receiving people into her home Plus the soundings are breathtaking. You cannot find a best place to stay I'm just so sad we could not run into Anne and we only stayed one night.
