Irma is a wonderful host and I had a great stay! There was a little bit of a language barrier, but we easily resolved that with Google Translator. This was my first stop among many through Switzerland and its location is great; very close to train station, accessible hikes for a lifetime, and a great stop before exploring the rest of Switzerland. Irma was also extremely kind providing me with a transport pass for my time there, which was useful taking the train from Boudry to Noiraigue for the hike down the Areuse Gorge (highly recommend this hike). I'll definitely come back if I'm fortunate enough to visit western Switzerland in the future!

Offering barbecue facilities and quiet street view, Ferienwohnung Burg Murten is located in Murten, 27 km from Bern railway station and 28 km from University of Bern. Very clean and pleasant accommodation not far from the center of Murten. We were pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and a small coffee machine with coffee capsules. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the historic center.

L'Appartements Vacances Saars 33 està situat a 4 minuts a peu d'un llac i ofereix unitats amb vistes al llac, WiFi gratuïta, un jardí i una terrassa. The whole place was beautiful, stunning view, very cozy place to relax after visiting Neuchatel or other close places. The owners were verry professional and never intrusive, made the hole time staying like we were home.

Built in 1750, the Ofenhaus was originally used for baking bread and is situated next to the owner's farm house 1 km from the centre of Murten. solitude.. been so disappointed with expensive hotels that are simply awful

Surrounded by vineyards, Chambre d'hôtes Littoral 65 in Chez-le-Bart offers a summer garden with tables and chairs and a bright and spacious rooms. Guests are welcome to use the terrace and garage. Rosemarie was a wonderful host. She asked us what we preferred for breakfast and she made sure everything was prepared. Very nice coffee, the real one from an Italian-style coffee maker. We will be back if we happen to visit the area in the furure.

L'Old Town Flat combina un edifici històric situat al centre de Murten amb apartaments elegants i moderns que inclouen una cuina completament equipada, una terrassa amb jardí i Wi-Fi gratuïta. Basically in the old town, but quiet. Adorable flat with everything we needed. Really nice to have an area to sit and chat instead of a hotel room.
