The apartment was exceptionally well appointed and had everything we needed. It was modern and clean, but at the same time felt very homely and comfortable. Whilst we had almost no interaction with the host, the instructions given on arrival were very clear and it was nice to be left to our own devices. The location (on a farm) was good too, being only a shorty 2.5km walk to town.

The whole place was beautiful, stunning view, very cozy place to relax after visiting Neuchatel or other close places. The owners were verry professional and never intrusive, made the hole time staying like we were home.

Ofenhaus var byggt árið 1750 en það var upphaflega notað til bakaðar brauðs og er staðsett við hliðina á bóndabæ eigandans, 1 km frá miðbæ Murten. We loved staying at the quaint little ‘Ofenhaus’! It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

Chambre d'hôtes Littoral 65 er staðsett í Chez-le-Bart og er umkringt vínekrum. Boðið er upp á sumargarð með borðum og stólum og björt og rúmgóð herbergi. Rosemary, the home owner was just lovely and very welcoming. She made sure we had our favourites for breakfast and let us borrow her kettle for an evening and early morning cuppa. The room was very comfortable, we all slept very well. It was very nice to have use of the garage.
