The room a newly renovated. The location is a little bit far away from the public transportation, specially when you have heavy luggage. I didn’t contact with the staff very much, but the people in the whole town are very friendly.

The apartment was just delightful and a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.

The apartment is clean, had all we needed, was easy to find and we had underground parking. It was perfect for our stay in Leukerbad. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from all staff, apartment very well furnished and in perfect condition. Breakfast good quality and omlettes able to be ordered to whatever you wanted and great. Pool and spa very high quality and a real benefit of the property compared to others nearby. Much more modern than others we looked at in Zermatt.

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Staff is extraordinary, helpful, and polite, especially Miss Sonia. She's such a nice lady. Facilities were exceptional. Especially the BBQ site. They provided wood for fire free of cost and a perfect site for BBQ. I have never seen such a peaceful place before this. The location was amazing, surrounded by mountains. Awesome experience. 👌
