The room a newly renovated. The location is a little bit far away from the public transportation, specially when you have heavy luggage. I didn’t contact with the staff very much, but the people in the whole town are very friendly.

The apartment was just delightful and a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.

The breakfast was a wonderful experience every morning, and the pool area offered a magnificent view of the iconic Matterhorn mountain. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Zermatt. I can't wait to return again in the future!

Cozy, large, spotlessly clean room, great facilities, on-site parking and amazing breakfast. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Feel like visited aunt's house rather than stayed in a hotel. The location is perfect, though getting there without a car could be challenging. The place is in two-minute drive from a quite charming village with couple of great restaurants and wineries.
