Great Wall is close, and the views are amazing. If you go by yourself on subway, it’s a bit hard to get. Better prepare in advance. On taxi it took 1,5 hour. But the location is worth it.

Also really important that they can communicate in English because that’s uncommon in Beijing in my experience. O yes, the food, just amazing taste + very good portions!

The owner was amazing and provided everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond. Her mom even made us homemade breakfast on our last day! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing, I enjoyed the heated toilet seats. The room had all the amenities could ever want. The cute cat, koi fish and little bird were a plus in our book 😊
