Chiemsee: cerca case per le vacanze

Situated in Traunstein and only 25 km from Max Aicher Arena, Ferienwohnung Chiemgauglück features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. When we arrived we were received by the owner of the house, which handed over the keys to the house. The owner is a very warm and nice person and erven oferred his help to carry our stuff to the house. The house was very confortable, with an excellent view and fully equiped kitchen. The house is located in a very quite small rural village where it is very easy to see cows and horses. The breakfast had some vegetables from their own garden, homemade sweets, different sorts of bread, cheese, different hams, hot chocolate and coffee. The breakfast is highly recommended. Our stay was short but we will surelly come back for a longer stay.

Situato a Übersee, a 27 km da Rosenheim, il Ferienwohnungen Bachblick offre un giardino e la connessione WiFi gratuita. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per due notti come punto di appoggio in arrivo da herrenchiemsee e successiva visita a Salisburgo. Appartamento a gestione familiare spazioso, pulitissimo e completo di ogni comfort, dal set di asciugamani per tutti, alla cucina con ogni piccolo ed utile elettrodomestico, fornitura di kit per pulizie (persino carta forno!) e possibilità di scelta tra libri e DVD a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Molto funzionale la cantina con giochi da esterno e accessori per passeggiate (per fortuna abbiamo potuto usufruire di un passeggino dopo aver rotto il nostro il giorno prima!). Molto apprezzata la coccola al nostro arrivo con cioccolatino sul cuscino e, da buoni italiani, della cialda di caffè omaggio!! Infine, molto comoda la gestione del check in online e ritardato, dal momento che i proprietari forniscono codice della cassaforte contente la chiave per poter accedere a qualsiasi orario. Lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione per successivi viaggi in quelle zone!!

Situato a Siegsdorf, in Baviera, lo Schmuckhof offre un balcone e la vista sulle montagne. 41 km da Schönau am Königssee. Very quiet and beautiful location, easy to find, driving from Siegsdorf to Inzell, in the middle of Hammer you will find the exit to Meisau, just 3km later you will be directed to house number 4,5 and 6 up the hill to the right. The Baumgartner family are super friendly, helpful and great hosts. You will stay in a nice and roomy apartment, a separate bedroom and beautiful bathroom. A water kettle, fridge and cutlery are also in the room. In the morning they serve a healthy breakfast with a wonderful choice of fruit, bread and drinks.

The owners/managers gave us an excellent breakfast and while language was a bit difficult sometimes, the mother (don’t know which her name was) went out of her way to engage us in conversation in spite of the fact my German is poor and her English non-existent. Her daughter was very attentive and, when I asked for a few extra towels, the house cleaner was very friendly and obliging. All-in-all, this place ended up being a very nice place to stay. Loved the beautiful stairway!

Lake Chiemsee is 20 minutes by car. Austria is a 30-minute drive away. We had a great time in this wonderful place!

I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.
