Lovely little hostel with insane views over the mountains. The room was little but very comfy. The host and the lama are super nice. We got free water, tee, and coffee and had a good lunch and breagt breakfast. For 3 USD, we got a lunchbox with a sandwich, apple, banana, cookies, chocolate, and little sweets. Just great. The host even gave us 2 poles for the hike. There is also a luggage transfer for 20 USD to the final hostel in Quilotoa. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable, warm, and quiet rooms with a view. Food portions for breakfast and dinner were sufficient and delicious, and included in the cost. Victor and staff were very welcoming and looking out for our comfort. The location is perfect, right on the trail. I enjoyed using the sauna and steam room to relax after a day of hiking

Hostal Taita Cristobal ligger i Isinliví och erbjuder boende med en trädgård och en terrass. Utöver rumsservice har detta boende även en lekplats. We are still blown away by this hostal. It was so nice to arrive and see this amazing view, and chill in the hammock while having tea and reading. Nice and big chilling area downstairs. The rooms are big, the breakfast was outstanding. When they serve the dinner, everyone comes to the table and talks about the hike and their journey. Everything was perfect. Just book it!

From here I went to climb the Cotopaxi volcano, an amazing experience I recommend to all. In the afternoon we enjoyed doing a BBQ. The place has all commodities needed.

Oh, my regrets of not booking this place longer. This was a wonderful location for my family. Safe, Secure, Clean, and Fun. Close to Cotapoxi for hiking and other outdoor adventures. Lovely place that the pictures of the dwelling do not do suffucicent justice. Plenty of space and washrooms. Even secure outdoor location for entertainment. Blankets are nice and warm. Really, book this place for a longer stay then we did.

La Posada Del Viajero erbjuder boende i Latacunga. Gratis WiFi och conciergeservice finns också. This was a good spot to stay if you’re planning on doing Cotopaxi and quilotoa! It is right near the centre which was easy to get around and lots of restaurants and shops around. The owner was a guide so he has soo many tips and tricks to help you save money on the excursions. He has maps of quilotoa that show trails that aren’t on maps.me which we really loved! He was so informative! I highly recommend staying here for the information. Also there’s a tiny white dog named Loki who is super sweet and friendly :)
