The Mango Guest House is set in Aswan, 700 metres from Aswan Christian Cathedral and 1 km from El-Tabia Mosque. Everything was perfect about our stay. The staff is considerate, helpful, and full of good humour. This was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained hotel we stayed at in Egypt. The kitchen is well-stocked and free for use. The water and soft drinks are sold at market prices. Hamada and Mohammed are super helpful and well-informed. The dog is super quiet and well-behaved.

The location is good as it’s directly in front of the the ferry and overlooks Nile river. The place is new and well-furnished. The owner “Ahmed” is really supportive and helped to arrange my activities. The bathroom is small but it’s clean and well-equipped

Offering garden views, Nuba Heart is an accommodation situated in Aswan, 24 km from Kitchener's Island and 25 km from Aswan High Dam. Pretty new and very well located place on the West Bank, perfect if you want to get to know Nubian village a bit better (just a short boat ride from busy and noisy Asuan center). You will find there cool rooftop terrace to grab some tea/coffee and breakfast or dinner. Very relaxing vibe! The owner Tamer and Madian will do their best for you to have the best local experience. We were even invited for a local wedding! They will help with your travel agenda or arranging car/boat for a very good price. They help also with Abu Simbel day trips. Room was comfortable, with spacious bathroom. We even extended our stay there. 😊

The host was very friendly and helpful. We already communicated before we came to Aswan and he helped us organise the transportation from Hurghada to Aswan. We also booked other tours with him. The room was comfortable and had an amazing balcony where we sat in the evening. From there you can relax and observe the nile. We also had the breakfast which was very delicious and authentic. We highly recommend staying at Airkela Nuba

Situated within 23 km of Aga Khan Mausoleum and less than 1 km of Nubian Museum, Nile View Guest House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Aswan. Perfect romantic location right next to the Nile river. Far away from Egypt's street noise. It has a rural feel, which is exactly what we looked for. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and the view to the river is breathtaking. Very comfortable beds, typical hearty and delicious Egyptian breakfast (the best we've had in Egypt). Ahmed is extremely kind, welcoming and very funny. He picked us up from the airport even at midnight. He also organized at reasonable prices a private boat trip to the Botanical garden and Nubian village (he even demonstrated his Nubian braveness by holding a crocodile). He is very honest and it's best to ask him to organize tours because he gives attractive offers, much better than the tour agencies. It is the perfect place to immerse yourselves in the traditional Nubian culture and way of life. Right next to the guest house is a "Kafana cafe", where you can enjoy delicious and freshly prepared food with a stunning view to the Nile. If we ever visit Aswan again, we will undoubtedly pick Ahmed's guest house and we definitely recommend that you do so as well. You won't regret it!

We were so happy to meet the Nubian people through Ahmed and his family. They are extremely kind, sweet, helpful, honest and we would love to come back just to get to know them more. They were always super attentive and careful. The food was delicious, the place super clean, comfy and in the heart of the village. We are so grateful to meet them and stay with them.

18 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Artika Wadi Kiki Hotel is a recently renovated property situated in Aswan and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Property is very well located. stuff is really nice. Beautiful and colourful rooms. spacious bedrooms Food was great and fair priced.
