Surrounded by nature and offering an on-site restaurant and bar, Hotel Casa Perico is located in Amatillo. Free WiFi access is available. Great place to spend few days in the middle of nature. Wifi worked well in the restaurant area, where you can also chill and enjoy cold drinks and the delicious food they serve. They have good food options (also for vegans). The staff is really friendly. Overall it was a very unique experience. It was easy to get there - if you arrive by bus from Flores like I did, you get off at the bus terminal and walk a bit back, then you turn right (towards the water) between El commercial Almendro and small bakery (the Sun dog cafe is right at the end of the road, you ask them to call Casa Perico at the bar).

Hostal Blood Moon is situated in Rio Dulce and has a plunge pool and pool views. This guest house features free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. It was like a special treat. Cosy, sweet & cheap.

Boasting a patio with garden views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Cabaña Rio Lagarto can be found in Lívingston, close to North Livingston Beach and 1.5 km from Capitania Beach. A very authentic place well taken care of by the host. Practical, with all you need for a pleasant stay in front of the sea. We enjoyed the calm, the beauty and the natural sounds of the night. The owner, Patrick, is a particularly caring person with a rare sense of humanity. Always ready to help and share information to make sure we made the most out of Livingston. Casa Manatí features accommodation in Lívingston. The property has river and inner courtyard views, and is a few steps from Ribera Rio Dulce Beach. Julio’s cabana was newly built and very spacious. He just finished the new porch overhang the day before my arrival! I really liked the rustic feel of the home, and how private it was. I was the only one on the property during my stay. I stayed in the private room, but took a look upstairs at the loft. There are multiple beds in an open floor layout, with mosquito netting to ensure a comfortable sleep. There are kayaks available for a small extra fee, making getting around on the river very easy - especially if you have friends nearby, would like to visit the thermal waters, or grab dinner at Restaurante Viajero. Julio also has a well stocked kitchen if you will be doing your own cooking, as well as an EcoFilter water purifier. Loved my stay! Thank you Julio and your family for making me feel welcome.
