Welcoming and relaxing, very quiet comfy and very clean too. The hosts Susan and Saji, Chingwang and Nolcshom made us feel at home and were always on hand to give great advice on which local attractions to visit and offering good information on the logistics of getting there! Or wherever you are going. The breakfasts were just fantastic! Homemade cooking at its best! We've been travelling in India for a while now and this place is one of the top stops for us. 10/10

Everything about Happy Buddha is amazing! Cannot recommend it enough. All the staff were so so friendly and helpful, it's in a perfect location and the rooms are amazing. The bathrooms and bedrooms are super clean. We stayed for quite a few nights and extended for an extra day we loved it so much! We've been in India for three months and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

This was hands down the best experience of our whole India trip in the South! We met Jose first through staying at his homestay and he was incredibly hospitable and kind, chatting with us and giving us heaps of advice! This is Jose's own Houseboat that he booked and arranged for us and the whole experience was just incredible. The boat itself is a great size as it gives you the privacy you need for a couple staying overnight and it also allowed us to travel through narrower waters where they weren't any other tourists!! The backwaters were so beautiful and we had so much fun enjoying the view and the boat. The room in the boat is super clean, well maintained and there is even hot water and an AC machine!! This was luxury for us haha but it was super nice and we would highly recommend staying here. As well as this, the captain and the cook were also on board and they were the friendliest and kindest people ever! The captain talked away with me as I had endless questions and the chef is such a great funny guy, and showed us all these exercises and we even went for a swim with him! Also the food that we got served on the boat for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and also snacks) were AMAZING and traditional kerala style! It was all SOO YUMMY and me and my boyfriend were super satisfied 😋 Overall, Jose was the best host and this Houseboat experience was our best experience so far in the South. Thankyou Jose for everything!! ⭐💗

Ammus Homestay er staðsett í Thekkady á Kerala-svæðinu og er með garð. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að svölum, ókeypis einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. Really clean, comfy and the owners are lovely! Would really recommend this place to everyone.

Sithara Homestay Fort Cochin er nýlega enduruppgerð heimagisting í Cochin, 400 metrum frá Fort Kochi-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á garð og útsýni yfir rólega götu. Harry John and his wife are the best host you can expect. You will feel home and sad when leaving as they will become your Indian family.

Maliyeckal Homestay er staðsett í Munnar, í aðeins 19 km fjarlægð frá Munnar-tesafninu og býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. We loved our stay at Maliyeckal Homestay, such a peaceful spot. The host family were so kind and helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay and enjoy Munnar. Breakfast and dinners were great. About 10 minutes walk from the bus stop so easy to get in and out of Munnar once you get the hang of it.
