Located in Sandgerði village, these basic wooden cottages are a 10-minute drive away from Keflavik Airport. Free WiFi is available. I had a problem (could not find the email with the code) so I had to call, they answered right away and provided the code via phone. Much appreciated.

Very clean and there were extra little amenities (hair iron/dryer, coffee and creamer, information packet with instructions on how to call a taxi, etc.). It was also just a five minute drive from the airport which was very convenient after a long flight.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, with sea view. The location was perfect for us: a few kilometers from the airport and not far from Reykjavík. Helena and her husband are super nice and helpful hosts.

Located 39 km from Reykjavík, Comfort and Rest offers accommodation in Sandgerdi. Comfort and Rest features views of the sea and is 8 km from Keflavík. What isn’t to love. The unit is spacious and modern with everything you need including an outdoor space and wonderful hot tub. Jolanta the host is lovely! She welcomes you, shows you everything and makes you feel completely at home. I have never seen an apartment so thoughtfully stocked. It has every staple you could possibly need, including food, travel plugs, hardware (like tape in case you need to fix a bag), toiletries of every kind. It is honestly the most thought out apartment we have ever stayed in around the world. I can’t recommend it enough. Bonus of it being so close to the airport yet in such a pretty and natural environment. Thank you so much Jolanta.
