The location is beautiful. Stephan and Silke are wonderful hosts. Made us feel at home straight away.

Lækjaborgir Guesthouse is located in Kálfafell, 26 km east of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Spent one magical night in this beautiful small wooden house, with snow and northern lights dancing around. While small, our house was clean and very well equipped.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the sea, Black Beach Suites is situated in Vík in the South Iceland Region. Reynishverfisvegur Beach is within 4 km of the property. Free WiFi is available. New, have kitchen, close to black beach, good view.

Anna and Siggi's place was our favorite place we stayed at during our trip around Iceland. The location is incredible--there's a waterfall in their backyard and the ocean right in front. Our room had an incredible view, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. We used the kitchenette in our rooms which was well stocked, but there's also a shared kitchen with some baked goods Anna had made (delicious!). The only downside is that it's a bit far from any towns, so make sure you eat/stock up before arriving, but it also means that the place is quiet and dark in the evenings--perfect for stargazing, which we did. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Hvammból Guesthouse is a small, family-run guest house situated 10 km from Vík. Beautiful location on a local ranch not far from Vík, Dyrhólaey, Reynisfjara, and many other spots in south Iceland. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and I loved waking up being greeted by the friendly horses and the cutest little pug walking around to say "hi". There is a guidebook left by the hosts and the instructions beforehand are very clear for accessing the apartment. Parking is right in front of the cabin. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, and there were enough kitchen amenities to make some meals yourself instead of eating out each night. I would definitely recommend this peaceful cabin!

Very nice place to stay for visiting the golden circle, with a nice hot tub to relax in at the end of the day.

This farm property offers a restaurant, small bar area, lounge and terrace. Public area Wi-Fi and parking are free. Really nice location, quiet area, you need a car to go around There's a nice seating area with a little kitchen - sink, microwave, plates/glasses and cutlery There's also a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner - quite lovely.
