Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine was waiting on the table which was a very gentle welcoming when we arrived into the house.. House is very very clean. Beds are very comfortable. There are tee and coffee for the Nespresso café machine. We cooked in the kitchen and kitchen equipment was enough for us. When I come to Como once again I definitely prefer this house and I recommend to everyone.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.
