Dalawang minutong lakad lang ang layo mula sa Takayama Station, ang Oyado Koto No Yume ay nag-aalok ng mga Japanese-style room na may makukulay na tampok. It's really hard to express how superb this stay was. And it was only 1 day. I imagine this is thanks to type of the place, not being typical hotel, but rather traditional ryokan with it's quality. From the beginning, the staff was excellent. Helpful, informative, easy to talk to. The room, comparing to our other hotels, was huge. Sleeping on futon was our best sleeping experience during whole stay in Japan. We have booked private bath, and again - everything well prepared, all important things available in the room. We were provided also with yukatas to be used in ryokan, but in addition we could also use more colorful that could be used outside. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from main station and on the way to old town of Takayama. The last but not least - breakfast was the best we had in Japan. We have chosen Japanese one and we could try many elements.

46 km from Hida Minzoku Mura Folk Village, WAY SHIRAKAWAGO - Private, Free Parking and Newly Opened 2022 WAY SHIRAKAWAGO is a recently renovated property set in Shirakawa and offers air-conditioned... it is very near to the convinient store whichy just a few walk, and host had helped us prepared some food for the dinner and breakfast

Guesthouse SHIGI is located in Nakatsugawa, 46 km from Gero Station, 24 km from Ōi, as well as 24 km from Enakyo Wonderland. I loved staying at this guesthouse. The house is gorgeous, has rooms with tatami floors, and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard, and it is conveniently located with restaurants around. The host is very kind and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here. It is also close to the train station.

Offering quiet street views and a shared lounge, Guest House Motomiya is set in the Magome district of Nakatsugawa, 20 km from Enakyo Wonderland and 40 km from Japan Taisho Village. We stayed at the Motomiya after having done the postal trial from Tsumago and we have loved our stay. One step in and you will immediately see the beauty of the place. our room was large and Japanese style, it was our first time sleeping in a tatami but it was very comfortable, the bathroom ( shared with only two other room) were always perfectly clean. the whole house is furnished with taste and you will find fresh flower in all the vases, even in your room! also the food was terrific! Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfectly cooked and tested delicious. Last but not least the gem of this place, your host Mrs Keiko that with her kindness and warm welcoming will make you feel home far away from home. At the end of the day I can affirm that staying in Guest Hose Motomiya makes the difference!

Featuring mountain views, Guest House Hinode offers accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge, around 2.6 km from Takayama Station. The owner was super helpful and he even dropped us to the station during our checkout time. This small touches will always be remembered. Thanks again :-)

The property is clean with all accommodation needs are well prepared. Both husband and wife owner are friendly and warm. Their dog, Lily is cute and very playful.

Itinayo noong 2018, ang 糸 守 雅 ／ ITOMORI MIYABI. Matatagpuan ito may pitong minutong lakad mula sa JR Takayama Station. This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five. The location is very convenient. The beds were large and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good having a Speer washing machine and dryer was great for a family of 5. The host a lovely and the self check in was easy. If we come back again I would happily stay here.
