Featuring a terrace, Tonle Mekong Homestay is located in Krong Kracheh in the Kratie Province region, 12 km from Phnom Sambok Pagoda and 38 km from The 100-Column Pagoda. We loved this homestay, and really felt part of the family in an authentically Cambodian neighbourhood - just out of town, but still convenient. Sok and his family were wonderful and went beyond the call of duty in their care and help. We had fabulous food here too, our best in Cambodia, eventually only eating here! (Good for vegetarians too!) We highly recommended this homestay especially if ‘real’ is what you are looking for!

The hotel is facing the Mekong river and offers views of the most spectacular sunsets from the front balconies. There are chairs to sit and enjoy and hear the hustle of the charming town, Kracheh. The hotel is on the “main drag” and it is easy to walk basically everywhere. My room was large, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a place to keep my clothes, and a basic but charming little private bathroom. This is a training hotel for youth who want to get into the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Even if many are novices in their roles, the enterprise runs smoothly. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant also provides well-prepared meals at a reasonable cost. I had a very nice fish dish for lunch there. The value for the money is excellent and you are contributing to the economic and social advancement of the community. It’s a win-win. In enjoyed my stay in Kracheh and it was memorable in large part bc of this hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel set in the middle of a vibrant market. Alex the owner is a lovely guy who makes everyone feel very welcome. Very memorable stay.

Situated 11 km from Phnom Sambok Pagoda, HeangKanha GuestHouse offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Excellent guesthouse in a lovely restored old building - the guesthouse is really close to a night street food market which is great for dinner. The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

Nestled within lush greeneries of Kratie, Arun Mekong Guesthouse is a convenient 10-minute walk from Wat Chong Koh Pagoda and Kbal Koh Pagoda. It operates a 24-hour front desk and offers free parking.... Very respectful host in a very honest and well taken care of place. Simple wood construction, spacious and ventilated.
