The villa is located in a perfect spot, close to several restaurants (fine dining and casual dining). The room was much bigger than we expected and the kids enjoyed the ample space available in the room. What made the villa special was the amenities available for kids (swimming pool, fussball, board games etc.) Its a very cute space overall at such a reasonable price. If we were to visit Colombo again, this place would definitely be my first pick. The staff was very warm and accommodating..Impressed with Sri Lankan hospitality!

A lot of green space around the house with quiet neighborhood. The room we stayed in was very nice. Sita is a wonderful and kind person, and Glenn and Fiona were ready to help with anything all the time. We really enjoyed our stay at 27!
