Berty and Hilda are wonderful people really helpful with anything we needed, train, tuk tuk & tours before and after we arrived. Food was delicious as we requested genuine Sri Lankan and my husband got great cooking tips in the kitchen with dinner. They even packed our breakfast because we had a very early departure. The accommodation and their home is very clean and we felt welcome in all living areas. Thank you Berty and Hilda for a wonderful visit to Jaffna.

This place is kind a farm house. Nice and silent place. Bathroom and kitchen attached with room. Nice kammock available between Palmyra trees. Beach is situated in walking distance. Noted there is no shops nearby the property and need to bring things with us. If we need food owner will arrange Jaffna style food. Very friendly owners 😊

Tommy and his family are special, we had a beautiful connection since the begging 😊 Delft Island is an hidden gem out of the touristic route and for us one of the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. What makes the difference is the people, always smiling and welcoming, and ready to help! Tommy's place is simply gorgeous, tents are comfortable and it has everything you need. You can also rent bikes to go around the island and explore. His mom cooked delicious breakfast and dinner for us, and it was the best food we've had 😊 I highly recommend Tommy's place because you can really feel the love he has put to build it. The welcome drink was delicious. The room was comfortable. I got a tasty breakfast & dinner. Great location. Staffs are so friendly & helpful( good service ). We had a great stay in jaffna flamingo.
