Location close to the beach, the smiling young lady always ready to answer our questions. Delicious breakfasts (when we asked after the second one if they have a sri-lankan option, they prepared a tasty breakfast of string hoppers, curry and sambol next morning). On the final day, they let us take a shower long after our check-out and organized a very reasonably priced airport transfer.

I woul recommend this hotel and would go again.

The high ceilings of the rooms were amazing and the garden was beautiful. Rumesh is such a welcoming and kind host. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back here in the future. Thisara and his family were the most helpful and friendly hosts They gave us advice on activities, helped organise transport in town and onto our next destination and were always available. The food was fantastic, breakfast and dinner were delicious local dishes frim their own gardens. The view was amazing, the room spacious and the bathrooms clean and a good size. If you're staying in Sinharaja , this is the place to stay

The view from our patio was breath taking, and the glass doors looking out at the view made it even more special, because it feels like you are close to the jungle even indoors. You get to see several species of birds right from there in the mornings. Saman, our host was very accommodating and his brother Pradeep took us on our jungle tour and we had a great time. There’s a hotel close by where you can pay to use the pool as well.

The place is quiet. To the ocean 7 minutes, to market (Cargill's) about 12 minutes, bus stop and ATMs 3 minutes walk, restaurants and cafes from 5 minutes. There is parking. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. The room is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and fan work great. The room has a small refrigerator, a table, 3 chairs, 5 sockets. The table is perfect for work. The shared kitchen is always clean and very well equipped, with 2 burners. There is a generator, during the outage there was light.
