I made a confirmed booking about 1.5 weeks before my travel. On the check-in day itself, the person-in-charge texted to arrange a different apartment and room. I read and did not like the review and asked why a confirmed booking has no more room and needed a change. The person-in-charge says if you don't want then cancel. I was already on my way and told him he cannot do that. He says he can still let me have the other room he proposed. But I have to cancel my current booking and come over to meet up and pay in cash. And in the very last minute, I got to start searching for another place since I don't like that arrangement, I do felt threatened and unhappy. Perpetually, i have to tell him "ok ok i take the room, please don't play me out..." Booking.com, please take note of my cancelled booking 16-18 Mar 2023. And I leave it to you to take any action. I then book through another host and gotten the High floor at level 52. Since it is on the high floor, i have a better view. And, of course, it is quiet at night. It is also quite clean and everything is available such as towel, toilet paper, shower gel, cooking utensils, washing powder. Clear instructions was given and host assigned helper to show and explained about the facility and advice good food nearby and places to go.

Location: great location, 5-8 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, 5 mins to Bukit Bintang station. there are 7-11 nearby the hotel which is convenience. Facilities: The infinite pool is awesome, lift is quick. Love the hotel rooms, it feels like home. Very clean and spacious. the washing machine works well (but no washing powder is provided). Basic amenities like tooth brush, slippers are provided. Staff: Mr Jahid is very nice and help kept my luggages for few hours after i checked out. The check in-out procedures are quick and staff is responsive.

In the Bukit Bintang district of Kuala Lumpur, close to Petronas Twin Towers, Lila Suites Quill Residences Klcc has an infinity pool and a washing machine. The location is great for exploring everything in the area on foot. It takes about 20min to get to the Petronas Towers. Check in and check out were easy. The views were very nice.

KLCC Platinum 2 by Hibernate features accommodation within 2 km of the centre of Kuala Lumpur, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with an oven, a minibar and kitchenware. The room was very clean and had daily housekeeping with fresh towels. The host was very accommodating and were ready to answer any questions about the facility. The 51st floor pool overlooking the twin towers was the highlight of the stay , recommend swimming between 2pm -5pm for the Instagram photos. Restaurant on the first floor is good for convenience but 4X over priced for simple things such as a soda costs 15 ringgit but few minutes walk around the building there is a shop that sells for 2.80 ringgit. Overall will recommend and definitely come back

Located in Sepang, Alanis Suite KLIA With Neflix & Airport Shuttle provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The apartment is amazing, new, and it has all the available necessities. I stayed with my family for one night till the fligt, nice location and near the airport. Overall amazing.
