Very nice little hotel, located at only a few meters from the beach in this wonderfull beach town El Transito. Very nice french owner who will help you with tips and tricks about the region. Not only for surfers but for anybody who likes a tranquilo place to stay at the pacific ocean!

The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

Awesome place, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, super Nice owner, had a Really good Time Chilling in the pool with the parrot! Would Really recommand this place to anyone. Nimbu Beachhouse se găsește în El Tránsito și oferă WiFi gratuit și o grădină cu o terasă și vedere la mare. Se oferă la locație parcare privată. Unele unități oferă un balcon și/sau un patio. I loved my stay at Nimbu! Such a Great Place with nice staff, everything is really comfy and beautiful. Food is delicious and some variety during the stay. The hostel is small so you can really connect with the people.

Casa Todo Bueno se află în El Tránsito și pune la dispoziție vedere la piscină, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă și facilități de grătar. Jon, Janelle and Lenny's (the boss dog!) place is well worth the stay. Their hospitality is warm, friendly and very helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. The common area and kitchen are really well stocked with cookware, and there's a little grocery store across the street as well as in the town. We loved the viewing deck for lounging in the day. The AC cost (if you use it) is also below the going rate for using AC in Nicaragua, and the ceiling fans / windows move the air around really well. We've been to El Transito a few times and it's by far one of the best deals / places to stay, we're going back again in a few days! You can also ask then questions about what to do and how to get around, they know the area very well and are really helpful.

Had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this centrally located house, surprisingly quiet. Despite our short stay, daily cleaning and thoughtful touches like changing sheets and providing extra toilet paper made it special. The owners, despite the language barrier, were the real stars—sweet and kind. Grateful for this find, highly recommended

Good location, little traffic street . Short walk to the center of the city. Great morning coffee and good breakfasts !
