It is very clean, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. Everything is so homey. The accessible bathroom is a bonus for our elderly family members. The host is also very kind and responsive, sending us reminder and everything we need to know. Among the eight different accommodations (motels, serviced apartment, hotels etc.) I stayed during my 2-week New Zealand trip, this place is on the top two :) Highly recommended!

Good water pressure, too. Kitchen was decently equipped. Hosts were responsive when we had questions about how to use certain appliances.

Plus, I got to feed lambs and llamas - bonus holiday memories!

Be prepared to say “wow” every time you turn the corner from the kitchen to the living area.

The lodge was very clean and nice. It was fun to do a farm tour and pet and feed the animals and the jacuzzi under the stars was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.
