Everything! It was our 2nd stay here (previously been for a few wine tastings). We were greeted like old friends. Jacqueline & the team are amazing at looking after you and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautifully decorated & spotless. Views are stunning, as is the wine! The place is beautiful with amazing views over Simonsberg, 2 pools, Wine tasting Room, amazing food, great wine and very hospitable staff. Candice checked us in and gave us the lay of the land. She is a jewel of a woman, and although I also work in the hospitality industry and travel a lot for work I’ve never met someone that is so genuinely nice and forthcoming to guests. She always tries to accommodate everyones needs, and I’ve watched her go the extra mile with all other guests too. She’s amazing at her job and you can tell she’s made for working with people. I hope she’s recompensated well for her efforts because she’s really great at her job. Thank you so much for a great stay, and we will return later this month because we loved the place and how we were treated here.

What a lovely place! Wonderful structure and staff! The ladies at the front desk are great! There are two pools and a great view. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean.

Location is some of the best the Winelands can offer. Property is very modern with best in class amenities. The biscuits and free espresso coffee is the cherry on top. Host looks after you all the way through your trip. Wonderful, excellent experience.
