Benjamin provided all the info for our stay and gave us very helpful information about our trip through Patagonia. Elisa is just the nicest person ever, prepares delicious food with love. There's a path straight from the house to a very beautiful waterfall where you can sit down and observe nature. Close by is also a river. Rooms are very clean and cozy, and the bathroom is very nice with a great shower. We also loved the styling of the lodge. Lobby is an amazing social place to hang out with other guests. At our time staying here, there were two very interesting and fun fishermen from Chile who come here every year fly-fishing. If I would recommend this place? Definitely. A place where you enjoy and relax doing things you love (fly-fishing, hking, kayaking, rafting...).

Good advice for route planning in the national park. a room is clean and comfy. All staff are very welcoming. Really good service.

On of the bungalow cabin features a private sauna made out of a wooden barrel. David was an amazing host, being always available and really trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hut was amazing, impeccably clean and with everything to make our stay comfortable, such as shampoo, nice towels, bathrobes etc. The highlight was the hot tub and sauna, with amazing views on the surrounding landscapes. Everything is well maintained and it was really nice to warm up after all the hikes in the national park. The hut is located outside of the city so the best option is to have an own car and be able to drive around.

Angelica, the host was very welcoming and supportive of our requests… she made the difference between visiting the usual nice structure and the lack of care (this happens a lot in Chile).
