Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Bellisima Campagna Cabin Pelekapina - Chania Crete is located in Chania Town. The Cabin is so beatiful, comfy. Perfect location, a bit outside from the old town and we had our parking spot. The host(Stavros) was so friendly and he had for us, vegetables and fruits from the Garden. We ll be back soon! Offering free bikes and garden view, Tiny Villa among the olives is set in Heraklio Town, 7.4 km from Heraklion Archaeological Museum and 12 km from The Palace of Knossos. Anthony was very helpful and supportive. His attitude was excellent.

Situated 16 km from Venetian Walls, Dioni Stone House features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Probably the first place where we stayed where the reality exceeds the property photos. This is a gem! Beautiful, tastefully restored little house in a quiet remote village which is really close to Heraklion by car, just in 10 minutes you suddenly find yourself in a different world than the touristy seashore, a piece of traditional, rural Crete. But be aware, you do need a car - which is cheap to rent in Crete anyway. The owners left some tasty local products for us (honey, butter, marmalade, some bakery product, olive oil, even raki!) so we didn't have to care about the first breakfast. There is a place to park just in front of the house which is very convenient. (Don't be shy on the narrow streets that leads there, the car will fit).

Villa Strata (a path to Psiloritis mountain) is located in Kardhamianá, 38 km from Heraklion Archaeological Museum, 41 km from The Palace of Knossos, and 23 km from Phaistos. Villa Strata was an amazing stay, super clean and fully equipped. We stayed there for one night and immediately fell in love with the place, the house, the village and the locals. Michalis was an excellent host, always available for help and recommendations and he made us feel at home. Can't wait to come back!

Offering a garden and garden view, flamingo colour valey house is located in Palekastron, 500 metres from Maridati Beach and less than 1 km from Kouremenos Beach. Amazing stay and fantastic location! Costas is a very warm and helpful host. The house is located in an olive grove a few 100 meters from the calm beach of Maridati (and 1 min from the Maridatis restaurant) where you can go snorkeling as there are a lot of fish! The house is spacious and comfortable, it has a small terrace with a view of the surrounding. You will see nothing except the occasional sheep, rabbit or 'house' cat which we befriended. If you enjoy a quiet and totally relaxing stay, very close to an amazing and less known beach with few people and great swimming in cristal clear and calm waters, then don't hesitate. On top of that you have a taverna close by with amazing hosts (Eleni and Manolis) and great food. We will be back. Thank you, Costas, for the warm welcome and your kindness!

A recently renovated property, Mare suites 1 is situated in Chania Town near Koum Kapi Beach, Nea Chora Beach and Saint Anargyri Church. The apartment is AMAZING, Marina left gifts for us upon our arrival which was really sweet. She was very reactive when we had questions and answered within a few minutes. The apartment is ideally located and the view is awesome! We’ll definitely stay there again should we go back to Chania!

Set in Episkopí- Rethimno, Mikro Livadi Special Lodges - Has an Eco Salt water pool - 150m from the beach offers a garden and sun terrace. Chania Town is 34 km away. Excellent location and facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Also, the food from the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommended.

Set in Kaláthenai, within 14 km of Kissamos / Kasteli Port and 23 km of Ancient Falassarna, Wooden House Apartments offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who... The space was perfect and cozy. It was stocked with everything you need and more. We would've happily stayed a few more nights if we had the time! Nothing beats cozy cabin vibes with a beautiful view and the owners were so lovely.
