We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

Brigitte and Gef are lovely people who did everything to make our stay pleasant. The food was delicious and varied. The cabins are beautiful and well maintained. There is no air conditioning in the cabins on the island and the humidity must be 100 percent and hot... there is electricity in the evenings and sometimes in the mornings. The dives were really good. I recommend taking a close personal diving guide because the currents are very strong in the water and it is difficult to dive even for those who have a lot of diving experience.

This was our first time in Raja Ampat and our stay at Methos was more than what we could have imagined. The staff were very accommodating, the views from the hut were incredible and everything was well furnished in our room. We loved spending time on the beautiful deck and will definitely be coming back again.

Ubytovanie Aldejus Homestay sa nachádza v destinácii Yennanas Besir a má balkón. Love the terrace with a comfortable hammock and sufficient lighting for reading at night, and a fresh water source outside each bungalow to clean my dive gear and clothing—such great conveniences! This seems obvious but this combination was not available at two other places I stayed at, one of which was more expensive too. The room size is great, the bed is comfortable with a mosquito net, there is a fan and there are shelving and a lockable cupboard for valuables. Indoor attached bathroom (I love the stones in the design and a divider between shower and toilet) and hot shower at night are luxuries at this location and price point. Diving with Tarzan-Diving was great and their daily pickup and drop-off to and from dive shop on Gam was convenient and well priced. It was nice to have a bit more comfort while still being able to dive around Kri, and not having to stay at more basic accommodations in order to do so. The owner put a lot of thought and care in attending to details and was really super accommodating in helping with everything I needed, including providing me with a charging station when I brought an adaptor that didn’t work, and going fishing so we had fresh fish for our meals. I had a wonderful stay!
