Its location it’s perfect, really close to Gunung Leusere National Park entrance. Staff received us with a warm welcome and helped us to carry our bags to the bungalow. They all are helpful and looking after their guests. As soon as we arrived, staff informed us about trekking options, we decided to opt for 2 days trekking with a night in the jungle and rafting (note that rafting is optional but I would recommend you not to hesitate in hiring the activity, really funny). We started the trekking day after of our arrival with Rony and Klin, it couldn’t be better. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations! We saw plenty of different type of animals (and monkeys) orangutans of course! We enjoyed nature, met incredible people and we had lot of fun. Night in the jungle is an absolutely experience. Also mention to our chef, Huan who cooked us our lunch and dinner in the camp. We felt safe all the time with mentioned guides. Amazing experience

They could double or treble the price and still would be a 10. Facilities are great. Hot shower with reasonable water pressure. Comfy bed. Excellent, cheap (~50K IDR per person or ~3€) breakfast (more details below). I would recommend staying at least 3 nights, ideally 4. First night you arrive. Next day you can potentially do a 2-day 1-night jungle trek. And when you come from the trek you give then everything for laundry, which should be ready by noon the following day (if weather allows; they sun-dry). Hence why 4 nights may be more convenient (plus you have the chance if enjoying the village). Breakfast: 3 or 4 packages (can’t recall), each includes a choice of juice and coffe/tea plus plenty of food: package 1 included a banana pancake with chocolate and package 2 included scrambled eggs with some veggies and a couple of toasts; package 3/4 can’t recall). Organization/Communication: Jay was EXCELLENT, he mare sure everything was great. We had our LionAir flight changed 5 times and every single time they reassured they would adapt and pick us up from Medan airport (fee was 700K IDR for one trip, which is reasonable considering it’s 4 hours and it can get nasty with rain, I would use their service again and again!). Services: They also offer laundry service which was great and fantastic value for money: I don’t know what we would have done without it with the clothes so dirty fron the jungle. Jungle Trek: We also did a 2-day 1-night trek in the jungle with them (~90€ per person, everything included except water, which you need to carry) and it has been the HIGHLIGHT of our Indonesia trip. Slamet and Risky were FANTASTIC guides. We saw several orangutans (6+), some very close-up, and many other moneky species: thomas leaf monkey, black gibbon, pig-tailed macaque, long-tailed macaque. Food was excellent throughout the trek and Slamet and Risky were super-knowledgeable all along.

Sentosa Lodge mempunyai sepeda gratis, taman, lounge bersama, dan teras di Kampungdurian. I am so satisfied with this lodge, everything was perfect, including very helpful and friendly staffs (reception and housekeeping), cleanliness of the room, shared bathroom and toilet and its interior. Water dispenser is available too and you can prepare your own hot or cold drink. Seems like the staffs are so committed with their responsibilities to fulfill customer needs.

Udin took care of everything and his sons were on the trip to jungle with us. Balu was very kind and helpful, he tried his best to find the orangutans and he knew a lot about the animals. The lodges are in the jungle, we saw Thomas Leaf monkeys on the way there. There is running water where you can shower yourself, and clean toilet. There are beds with mosqito nets. There is no electricity, and quite weak signal. But if you want to stay in the djungle, by the camp fire watching fireflies, this location is the best. The views to the djungle are amazing, and sunrises are astonishing.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was really chill, with some staff members even playing guitar during the day. The food was tasty and reasonnably priced. Excellent customer services!
