The view is amazing, the location is good, only a 10 min drive is needed to go to Kirkjufell. We were lucky to watch aurora for two nights!! Definitely recommended!

It was our mid-week stop so being able to do some laundry was a bonus.

Very nice and cozy cotttage, enough room for the 7 of us. Hosts were super nice and very responsive to all questions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Cozy, comfortable setting overlooking the fjord. Would gladly stay here again (seriously, I almost don't want you to book this place, just so it's available to stay in the next time we're in Iceland, lol...)

Set in Borgarnes in the West Iceland region, Cabin 2 at Lundar Farm offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. We had a great stay! The cabin is cosy and warm. However, the best part of our stay were the farm animals! Our son absolutely loves animals. The owner asked us if he wanted to help feed the horses. We got a tour in the stables and my son could pet the beautiful horses and ask a lot of questions about them. We also visited the sheep in another building. If you like farm animals you should definitely stay here!
