Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Very clean, cozy, good location. The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out. Gems is a wonderful location that is rig by at the start of 90 mile beach. The beach is expansive and the appearance of wild horses made it special. Accommodations are very comfortable for an overnight stay or longer. A great location in Ahipara!
