Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Stayed for 2 nights on either side of hiking Tongariro North Circuit. The hotel is meticulously clean, grounds beautifully manicured, with even all the pots and cups aligned the same way. You walk right onto the past by the river. Rooms were quiet and wonderful. You're off the main road so traffic is minimal. Highly recommended!!!

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. How close it was to everything. It was so modern and like a home away from home.

We had a very large room with everything you need for a lovely stay. The highlight, however, were the incredibly valuable tips and advice from Judy and her husband. We have travelled a lot, but we have never received such personal (and handwritten) advice and tips for our trip. We can unreservedly recommend a stay there!

Chalet Cullen, ligt in Mangawhai, op 1,8 km van Mangawhai Heads Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. This accommodation is superb in every way, very spacious, lovely furniture, comfortable bed, good bathroom and fabulous view. Well maintained outside area, with deck, table and chairs etc, free on-site parking and excellent WiFi. It is very close to the estuary, the ocean beach and close to the local Mangawhai Heads shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.
