The room smelt stale like old cigarettes . I felt it was dated and needed a face lift but the bed was comfy and we enjoyed our stay and our breakfast in tbe restaurant.

Being regulars, we received a nice free upgrade to the vacant double room which had a separate living room to the bedroom. The combo bath + shower in the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was superb, best hashbrowns we have ever had.
