The staff were very friendly on arrival. It was the only accommodation near the venue we needed to attend for a party.
The bathroom was very clean.
The pillows were a good size, not too high.

We loved the wildlife roaming free the birds flying in the trees outside our room and their calls and interactions.
The Kangaroos were great to see hopping through the golf course and lounging on the ground we also saw an Echidna on our walk.

Breakfast was again extremely upmarket class all the way
Thank you
Absolutely everything! From the moment we walked into the lobby it was spacious and the staff were so kind. It was our honeymoon so we splashed out and stayed in a suite (which was EXTREMELY well priced). The room was incredible! The bed was like sleeping in a cloud! I can’t even begin to explain how happy we were with this hotel!
Hotel Reception Staff friendly and welcoming. Room lovely as always. Needs a bit more detail on dusting perhaps. There was grime behind the door in the bathroom on the floor and the bath surround was pretty dusty. Waitresses had a very busy time around 9am on the Sunday with breakfast, but coped amazingly well with coffee orders.
The hotel was beautifully located amongst the Golf Course. The area around the hotel was clean and quiet. We could see lot of Kangaroos when went around for a walk. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean for a family of 4.
Bed not comfortable. Two double beds put together are not comfortable.
When your paying for a 4 star hotel you really hoping for a bed that doesn’t have two beds put togetber, as you deep through the crack when sleeping
This is a comfortable hotel at the 'gateway' to the Yarra Valley. So close to Melbourne and about 20-30 min to Healesville. Buffet breakfast was great, rooms very clean and quiet and friendly staff.
Really nice sized rooms, with everything you need and a great buffet breakfast. The restaurant (not the set menu one) we tried was okay too. Nice locations with a couple of walks nearby
