The guy at the kebab kitchen outside was the best. Quality kebab and burgers. And also super friendly. Love it. Also the reception people were really nice. Also the Italian restaurant in the hotel was really good quality, we went twice.

The overall experience was absolutely exceptional. We are a family of 4 (a baby and a 3y old). We had a wonderful time at this 5 stars hotel. The staff service was really lovely, they were very professional and caring. The food was phenomenal. We had a great choice of quality food every day. You won’t get bored that’s for sure! The best buffet! There were baby food jars available too. The cocktails near the pool were really good too as well as the snack bar. We loved the walnut biscuits and everything really. Olga is the receptionist and she is really professional, kind and caring. She has a great hospitality skills and she sets the tone of the guests entire stay. She always gave her best and worked with a high standard. Fantastic communication. (This was our baby’s first holiday) The other person that we spoke with was Ivan who is the restaurant manager. He was very professional and had a great attention to detail. Always made us feel welcomed and always made sure we’ve got everything we need so we enjoy our stay the most. There was an evening entertainment that was lovely for our toddler too. The hotel has a SPA section with a lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a steam bath. There is a swimming pool outside too (kids swimming pool too). The access to the beach was very easy. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
