Maybe it was a 5 star 20 years ago, but nothing is 5* now. Hotel is rundown, badly taken care off, everything needs urgent repair and updating. Expect a rundown 3 star, there are so many better options in Bulgaria. What was ok: 1. Big room, big bathroom (bathtub and shower), big terrace with chairs. Clean. 2. Good food, half board was OK, but nowhere near a 4* (let alone 5*). First night was realy bad, but on the weekend it got better. 3. Very good a la carte restaurant. 4. Lots of facilities at the SPA, big medical center, good massages. Lots of people, but didn't feel too crowded. 5. Good wifi. 6. Free parking - hotel doesn't have many spots, but there are plenty on the street.
