Super clean, all the equipment you needed. Host was very responsive. No issues with our stay at all. Will definitely book again. Aside from the road works through the high street, which caused diversions, nothing bad to report. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Outstanding

I love Peyia, I love the scenic views and the quirky little streets and restaurants. It's very peaceful here - we live at the other side of the island in Protaras which is very touristy in the summer - Peyia just feels very calm and quiet and peaceful! Recommend eating at The Old Cinema.

Nice, small and quiet village, enough good beaches, some restaurant on the hill and at the beaches - totally recommend "Grand cafe bar restaurant" in the center and Elisaveta Restaurant at the main road by the sea!
Not very entertaining holiday place, but it was sth i was looking for. Nice to chill in peace and forget about other people ;-)
Stunning view from the top of the village! Definitely rent a car.

Although Peyia is quite a steep walk up in to the village, it offers some good bars and Restaurants, The Old Cinema Cypriot Tavern at the top of the village and also Cousins bar but recommend booking as Cousins is not a very big establishment but very popular. Phillipos at the top of the village behind the Church is the place to shop if you are Self Catering, they have just about anything you wish for at reasonable prices.
A huge lettuce for example only cost 40 cents and they are fresh like all the rest of their produce. There is also a bakery that sells fantastic bread and all type of scrumptious cakes.
Go and try, you won't be disappointed.

It's close to most amenities, however I would recommend you hire a car. The restaurants in the village are lovely and there is a great choice in the area. From the apartment you can walk up the hill to Savvas Grill and that is a very nice restaurant. Means everyone can have a drink. You can walk to the village but it is quite a steep hill and fine for the young and energetic. It's not far from Coral bay beach which is lovely but again you do need a car. We had a car but I'm told the buses from Coral bay to Paphos are very good and cheap.

Rent a car!
Rent a car! Peyia is on a hill walking to shops and bars is an option if you are fit and don't mind walking up and down hills, there is a bus service.
Peyia is a quieter than Coral Bay.
Walking distance - Jail Bar is friendly. The Brewery, Harris Bar, Wood & Good, The Old Cinema - do food and Drinks.
The view is astonishing. As the hotel is located a bit higher, you have a wonderful view over the island. The host Andreas is very nice and helpful. We had to rearrange our arrival time several times which was no problem. There are plenty of parking opportunities as well.
As the place is located a bit higher in the mountains, you definitely need a car to get there. Nevertheless attractions such as Blue Lagoon or Coral Bay are good to reach by car (even better than directly from Paphos).
Accommodation was a lovely standard. Spotlessly clean and modern apartment in new complex. Well stocked with kitchen equipment (except no toaster). We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, which was big and fairly private with views of other properties and sea in distance. We visited in October 2023 and communal pool was always empty. Short walk to bustling centre with good selection of bars and restaurants. Peyia is a nice area to visit.
Pretty spacy studio apartment with balcony (with a sea view :), see picture). Has a kitchenette, pretty big refrigerator (I'd say 300+ liter, its definitely NOT the "office" stuff typical hotels had, much more space).
Great hospitality and help from Andreas, the owner.
Powerful wifi in my room, had not a single problem at any time.
Also the mattress was above average quality for sure, better than in some 4 star hotels on the island.
What is there not to like in this hotel. The location is so beautiful. Watched one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. The food is so delicious, and the staff makes you feel like a Queen/King, The facilities and restaurants are great. Plus the attention to details and the gifts we received. Our flight was late, and we were even offered a complimentary room.
It is truly an incredible hotel.
Have to come back again
Fantastic property with amazing sea views in a beautiful part of Cyprus. Good sized clean pool. Plenty of space and a lovely garden. We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets from the balcony. The owner (Harry) was very friendly and helpful, as was Kevin (maintenance guy). Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Overall, an excellent stay.
Property location is ideal to explore in north-west Cyprus.
We were very welcomed by Andros who makes our check-in smooth and our stay in villa absolutely pleasant.
Amera Villas is definitely would be our destination when we decide to have another trip to Cyprus.
Best wishes and thanks to all Staff in Amera Villas.!
The property was just what we needed, easy to book, easy to find due to a clear video sent from the owner. Facilitators were great with small touches with coffee and spices provided. Great view from balcony and 20 minute to Peyia village.
We stayed at Paschali sunset for 12nights, Monique has thought of everything you would need for your stay and the apartment was clean, well equipped with all you would need for your stay in Cyprus. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a massive size hotel sitting in a beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel itself has every physical attribute that you could wish for. The beds are comfortable, the showers are warm, and the views are fantastic.
Evros is a great host, very informative and helpful, before and throughout our stay.
The apartment is well equipped and having a nearby pool is nice.
Peyia is nice and quiet yet very close to coral bay area.
Amazing large pool, perfect location in lower Peyia. Keys were collected from the key safe, so it is perfect for someone that arrives late. Everything was clean, got a couple of towels. Aircon works perfectly.
Everything was very good.Perfect place to stay where are no a lot of people around like in the city or big hotels. Nice view of the sea and Akamas so near. And breakfast was delicious.
thank you!🙏
Amazing view, very private, attentive hosts, great bbq area, iptv. Aircon a godsend!
2mins in car to peyia or coral bay.
