    It is a traditional old kro and the staff were also long time employees. We did not like the smokey restaurant so drove into Roskilde for the evening meal but breakfast at Viby Kro was very good. The Kro was easy to find.

    Train station, hotel, supermarkets and coffee place...

    Train station, hotel, supermarkets and coffee place conveniently close to each other. Very nice atmosphere, quiet, excellent countryside location. I can't comment on the restaurants and places to eat, because I took care of my own food.

    Lovely cottage in a village near Roskilde surrounded by beautiful nature. Very spacious, I had 2 rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette for myself, and there was also a huge shared kitchen with a living room. It is 4 stops by bus from the Viby train station, and then 18 min (1.5 km) walk from the bus station. In total it takes 38 minutes to Roskilde.

    the buffet style breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room. We even could make our own boiled egg which was fun to do. the hotel is very old but everything was clean and we all had a good nights sleep and enjoyed the atmosphere of an old Kro.

    I wanted no smoking hotel. Downstair there was a pub and there was allowed to smoke. Why? We stayed on the top of the hotel and we felt smoke till the night and from the morning (8am) again. It was really terrible
