L'atenció al taulell va ser molt agradable, tant la recepció com l'acomiadament va ser molt correcte. L'habitació estava molt neta i era gran i còmode igual que el bany, el qual estava molt ben cuidat.

Aquest hotel està molt ben situat a la zona comercial de Valladolid i ofereix un disseny bonic i unes instal·lacions fantàstiques, com ara una piscina exterior.
