Came to La Graciosa to be in absolute peace and quiet for myself and got exactly that. You can clearly notice that the owner takes good care of the place, with everything you need inside. I especially liked the big rooftop terrace which you have completely for yourself. Enjoyed every morning having breakfast up there with the sun rising behind the cliffs. If you can start your day like that, how can it go wrong?

The view from the balcony on the upper level is the real force of the apartment. It is on the corner of the street - via Cabo 1 -and it is the last row of houses with the view of the "desert" and even the sea , Lanzarote with Tinajo and Famara in the distance. We expected to see some stars at night since the apartment is facing nothing- the whole Atlantic ocean is in front for thousands of miles, but the lights of the Caleta de Sebo are too much. It was the second time I stayed in one of these apartments. They are clean and well equipped. They are also quiet. You don't have anyone above you making noise (though you might hear the next door neighbours a little bit sometimes). Also you can see part of the sea when sitting in front of the door (at least with some of the apartments - see foto) and the highest hill of the island. There is a gas stove to cook, which is pretty nice. A few seconds walk to the east shore of the island to see the sun rise. Less then five minutes walk to the little beach where the locals use their sailing boats. You can also swim there.

Very comfortable well equipped apartment. Ideal for a short or longer trip to La Graciosa. Good contact with host for check in etc. and complimentary wine, water and fruit was a nice touch.
