The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. Some of the reception staff were very helpful. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was excellent. Useful to have a fridge in the room.

I had breakfast each morning which was fine.
The hotel (once I had found it!) was very handily located for the ferry port and had a very useful garage (given the appaling parking difficulty in the locality!). I was also able to keep my bike in the garage.
This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice to eat and plenty of it. We ate in the restaurant twice and both times the food and service was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
