Elaine and Gavin were perfect host ,very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area room was spotless, breakfast was on time and nice and hot. Go out of their way to be helpful but not in your face all the time. We would definitely visit with them again, we loved our stay.

Stayed many times and never disappoints

Hotel Los Sibileys is in a secluded part of Murcia’s Sierra de las Estancias foothills, on the Andalusian border. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, free Wi-Fi zone and superb views.

The hotel was located a little further off the main road than we'd thought and it's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest town (Velez Rubio) through country lanes. Hotel and surroundings were still showing traces of recent storms, rain and high wind and the potentially attractive pool area alongside the hotel was distinctly unappealing. Warm welcome from British owner but we were the only guests and supper (highly thought-of in reviews though pricey) not available. However a quite extensive cold supper was prepared for us and served in their attractive dining room and was much appreciated. The room was fine with an excellent view and an entirely satisfactory breakfast was served next morning. We probably didn't see it at its best but the the hotel deserves to do well.
