Location, large open terrace, lots of room inside. Good parking, 3min walk to beach with its beautiful sand, water, beach bar. Lots of shops for food nearby along with bars/restaurants. Had a swimming pool, on site care taker and it was quiet. Great communication with owner.

The most points go to the decoration of the room, the cleanliness and the soap dispensers. Someone took great care in choosing colours, fabrics and quality products to create a cozy, sweet room. The room was very clean and the wifi worked without a hitch.

The main desk attendant was so incredibly friendly, very helpful and always had a smile for everyone that came over to ask her a question. The hotel itself was very well kept and perfect location. Parking was a bit difficult but we still managed to find spaces. Not sure what it would be like in high season as we arrived a few weeks before high season.

buffet meals are good,but like most buffets its not to hot. views are good but why in a double room is there only one chair- evening entertainment was good and loved the spanish love of dancing. gandia palace in the old town is worth a visit
