Ribeauville is ideally situated so you can easily travel by car to the surrounding towns all are excellent. The have good restaurants at reasonable prices and you must try the local dishes I can recommend Flamkushen, skinny Pizzas, the natural one with onions and lardons is first class they cost around €10.

This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel.
This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. A very nice restaurant, L'Arbalète, just across from the hotel. Everything is well within walking distance. Ribeauville is a great launching place for sites in the Alsatian wine region. It's very close to all of the sites that matter most, and has a lot going for it in and of itself. It's probably my favorite of the towns in Alsace... it has just enough to please the tourists, yet feels more residential than more famous spots like Riquewihr and Kaysersberg.
