Hotel molt ben situat a Orleans, just a la sortida de l'autopista, és molt fàcil d'arribar-hi. Tot està molt net i els llits són molt còmodes. El bany és petit, però molt ben aprofitat (espai lavabo, WC i dutxa). L'esmorzar és molt correcte, tenint en compte el preu. Personal staff molt amable i proactiu (igual els del torn dïurn com nocturn). Contràriament al que vaig llegir a algunes crítiques, almenys les nostres habitacioins SÍ tenien aire condicionat, aixi doncs, no van passar calor en absolut (per molt que vam viatjar al mig de la canícula).

Quan vàrem fer la reserva vam incloure l'esmorzar. Quan vam arribar a l'hotel vàrem fer el cheking a la màquina exterior i ens va preguntar pels esmorzar i vam ficar 3 esmorzar, i ara tenim problemes perquè ens tornin els imports de mes que vàrem pagar, que són 21'90 euros.
