The location is excellent, right on Lord St. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is being refurbished, as was evident from the brand new carpets in the corridors, we look forward to staying there again and seeing its new splendour!

The bar area and restaurant are comfortable and there is a nice outdoor area. The staff are very friendly helpful and welcoming. Service at the bar and in the restaurant. The manager was very apologetic about the complaint I had.

Dirty, smelly, pubes left ib bathroom, carpets thick with grime, walls covered in god jbows what, no doors on wardrobes. Punch marks in walls, crowbsr marks on bedroom door, absolutly disgusting pkace, we never stayed straight bacj to the car n home. No way id ever return or reccomend. Perfect place to take a prostitue back yo ad thats whst it looks like its for. Filthy!!!
